Ingredients

• Add witch hazel to the spray bottle, fill with water and shake well. The witch hazel acts as an anti-inflammatory and will help to dry out any bites you might have. It also has a cooling sensation on the skin which will help soothe any itching you may be experiencing as a result of bed bug bites.
• Add 5-6 drops of each of your preferred essential oils (lavender, tea tree, peppermint or lemon) then shake well again before applying to your skin

Directions

Pour the ingredients into a spray bottle. Shake the bottle until they are mixed together. Spray on bed bugs as needed to kill them and keep them from spreading.
