• Add 2 cups of water, 1 cup of rubbing alcohol and 1/4 cup vegetable oil to the jar (or other container) and stir well until the mixture is combined thoroughly; it should look like plain old water at first glance but will have more transparency once it has been mixed together more thoroughly after some time has passed since mixing began—this will happen when we add vodka next! After this point has been reached, add another one quarter gallon of vodka (1 quart total). Do not worry! This measurement includes all previous ingredients listed above which were placed into your container before adding any new ones at this stage so there should not be any confusion regarding volume control during preparation steps going forward.”
