I’ve had a problem with cockroaches in my house, and I’m tired of it. I have found the only thing that works is to mix baking soda and sugar together in the right proportions. This kills them instantly when they eat it, so if you spread this on your floor, you will find them dead pretty quickly. Keep doing this for about three months, and all your roaches will be gone for good.

It doesn’t need to be anything special—the cheap stuff from your local grocery store will do just fine. You’ll also want to make sure that you’re using enough water and sugar to fully dissolve the baking soda; if not, you’ll end up with a paste that’s too thick and abrasive on its own. The best way to make sure this happens is by using twice as much water as sugar (i.e., if there are 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar, you should use 2 cups total). Plus, no one likes clunky recipes!
