To make your own garlic spray, you’ll need:
- 1 head of garlic
- ½ cup of vegetable oil (non-GMO)
- 2 cups water
Once you’ve gathered these ingredients, here’s what to do:
- Cut off the tops and bottoms of your garlic bulb and peel away the outer layer of skin. Then break up each clove into individual pieces with your fingers or a knife and put them in a blender or food processor with your oil and water.
