Crickets are small insects that can become a nuisance, so it’s essential to be on top of your game and understand how to get rid of crickets.  A number of preventative methods can help, including sealing up any holes in and around your home. Natural Repellent For Crickets

Procedure:

Measure out 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water. Add to a spray bottle.

Add salt, stir well with a spoon or fork until dissolved.

Add essential oils (see above). Put on spray bottle top and shake vigorously to blend together.

Or even better: Add in some lavender essential oils for extra protection against pests!
• Shake well before each use to mix up all ingredients together (this will help keep them from separating as much over time).

• Use a large spoon, preferably one with a rounded edge, to stir.
• Add the salt to the vinegar or water slowly in small amounts (1/4 teaspoon at a time). You can always add more if you need it later on, but once you’ve added too much, it’s hard to remove.
• Stir until completely dissolved. This will take about 30 seconds if your water is warm and about 10 minutes if your water is cold or room temperature.

3. Next, add the essential oils, put on the spray bottle top, and shake vigorously to blend together.
