In this season, the show covers Oggy as he takes care of Piya, a seven year old elephant who is the energetic, happy-go-lucky, and tender-hearted daughter of Oggy’s Indian friends. While this presents as a good chance for Oggy to learn to how to be a parent (at the expense of his personal life), this also presents a great opportunity for the Cockroaches to use the blue cat’s surrogate daughter to their advantage and find more ways to ruin Oggy’s life.
Compared to the other seasons of the show, this season is presented in a completely new light, which includes the implementation of a new art style in line with Xilam’s newer shows and focusing more on the aspects of friendship.

The series revolves around Oggy, a cat that lives with his two best friends Jack the roach and Joey the fly, along with their other friends, Francesca and Marky.
The show is an American adaptation of the French animated series of the same name, which was created by Olivier Jean-Marie and Michel Gagne in 1997. The show was developed for television by Tom Ruegger and Joe Ansolabehere in collaboration with Gagne.
