Pictures Of Different Cockroaches

Cockroaches are disgusting, scary and filthy creatures, mostly seen within and around homes and can cause a lot of issues if not treated in time. They have been on the planet for ages and have caused destruction to society for years. Here are some pictures of different types of Cockroaches. Cockroaches are one of the most hated and feared pests in existence. Pest control companies make a fortune, on average a call just to find out you’ve got roaches will cost you about $50 (not including the price for extermination). Just a single cockroach can lay up to 9 egg capsules with roughly 50 eggs in each capsule so a few roaches can multiply into an infestation within a short span of time.

Pictures Of Different Cockroaches

Cockroaches are one of the most common pests in homes. They can be found almost anywhere, and they come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Cockroaches tend to be nocturnal, which means they’re more active at night than during the day. If you see one during the day, it’s probably because it’s looking for food or water.

The most common type of cockroach is called the German cockroach (Blattella germanica), which is brownish-yellow with two black stripes on its back. The German cockroach can grow up to 3/4 inches long and lives for about a year. The American cockroach (Periplaneta americana) is also very common; it’s reddish-brown with two large dark spots on its wings. The American cockroach grows up to 1 inch long and lives for about six months. Both types of roaches can fly short distances when startled or threatened by noise or movement near them—but only for short distances!

Cockroaches are a common pest in homes, offices and apartments. They are often found in dark, warm places such as under kitchen appliances, inside cabinets and closets, behind baseboards and in other locations where food is kept. Cockroaches can also be found outside around dumpsters, in mulch piles and under leaves where they scavenge for food.

Cockroaches are very adaptable; they can live almost anywhere there is food. Some species of cockroaches can survive for weeks without food and months without water. Cockroaches will eat almost anything including soap, glue, paper and even flakes of dead skin that have fallen off human bodies!

Cockroaches come out at night to look for food but will also venture out during the day if conditions are favorable like a lack of light or excessive moisture levels that make it difficult to locate prey items like crumbs or pet food leftovers). When cockroach populations become established in homes or businesses they tend to stay there because they find suitable hiding places such as cracks and crevices around baseboards or underneath countertops where they can avoid light while they rest during daylight hours (yes! They sleep at night like us too!).
