The following recipe is easy to make and safe for the whole family.

As you might have guessed, we’re going to be using some kind of fish-based product in our soap. You can pick up a bottle of cod liver oil at any health food store and it will do just fine. If you want something more specific, though, I would suggest looking into oil made from mackerel or herring. The latter is said to work best because it’s so rich in omega-3 fatty acids — which are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and ability to ease joint pain.

Whatever type you choose, make sure that it’s highly concentrated; as we’ll be using just two cups total (at a ratio of 1:100), even one regular bottle would be more than enough.

• A large pot or bucket to mix in

1 bar of soap (a simple, natural soap like Ivory Snow is ideal)

• A wooden spoon is best for stirring because metal utensils can scratch plastic containers or bowls which may affect how well deer repellents work over time as they come into contact with them during storage between uses; wooden spoons are also less likely than metal ones are to damage surfaces like dishes made from ceramic materials like stoneware pottery or glassware such as drinking glasses made from soda lime silicate instead of lead crystal glassware which has higher levels of lead content per ounce (gram) than soda lime silicate does–and since deer tend not only eat plants but also drink water too sometimes even though their diets mainly consist mainly just leaves/twigs/branches/etcetera only sometimes eating fruit trees/berries etcetera too when available then maybe also
