You guys know me, I love my houseplants and I would like to show you how I make this miraculous solution that stops all kinds of fungal diseases (it works on bacteria too). You can use it on any indoor plants, including ficus and palms, without worrying about botanical compatibility or side effects.
Today, I want to share with you the ingredients, how to mix them and describe how it works against certain types of pathogens and moulds. Do you have green scaly patches on the leaves of your indoor plant and you want to get rid of them? This can be a fungal disease that spreads rapidly and may cause your plant to die. The fungus uses its spores to spread itself to nearby plants and so you need an efficient fungicide that doesn’t harm your plants.
If you have an indoor plant that has been battling with a fungus, use this homemade recipe and say goodbye to the problem.
You will need:
- 1/4 cup of baking soda
- 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar (ACV)
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of liquid soap (any brand will do)
- spray bottle or mister (optional, but recommended)
Directions:
Fill a spray bottle with the above mixture, and that’s it. Spray this on your plants every two weeks, twice per week, or so to prevent fungus from forming. Spray onto affected leaves until they are wet, but not dripping or drenched in liquid. Do not apply any more than twice per week, or over-saturation may occur.
Precautions When Using DIY Fungicide For Indoor Plants
