Hey all. It’s Brandon with Crazy Little Projects, and I’m here to show you how to cook sand fleas… or beach roaches as they’re commonly known. Now, I know what you’re probably saying: “I don’t want to eat anything called sand fleas.” That’s OK, neither did I at first. But after watching a few episodes of Naked and Afraid (a reality show where two people have to survive in the wilderness naked…yeah), I knew I had to find a way to cook them myself.
For those of you who may lack experience in cooking, I want to help you with a recipe that is easy and delicious. To cook this, you will need sand fleas. While what exactly a sand flea is can be perplexing as it seems too small to be real, but this little critter thrives in the south where I live and so without further ado let’s get started on your cooking adventure! Sand fleas are considered to be one of the most supple and tender animals. While they come in many sizes, some of which being over a foot long, they can be prepared in the same ways you would prepare a freshwater fish or eel.
Cartoon characters tend to not do well in the wild. They need their homes and their food prepared by their human handlers. In South Africa, they also have to worry about crocodile attacks when swimming. That’s a fact that wildlife expert Eugene Marais learned the hard way when a crocodile decided he’d rather have them for dinner instead of his trained cheetah. The cartoon characters were trying to teach the cheetah how to catch prey but fell short of what the cheetah learned from her mother.

How To Cook Sand Fleas
Sand fleas are a delicious meal, and this guide will walk you through the process of cooking and eating these tasty critters.
1. First, use your hands to pick up the sand flea from where it lives—the sand.
2. Squeeze it tightly to make sure there are no more sand fleas in its pincers. If there are, squeeze them out and throw away all but one sand flea at a time.
3. Next, boil some water in a pot on your stovetop or over an open fire. When the water is boiling, drop the sand flea into it and let it cook for approximately five minutes (depending on how large or small your sand flea is).
4. While your sand flea is cooking, prepare some saltine crackers for dipping into the liquid when it’s done cooking. You can also add ketchup or mustard to spice things up!
5. When your sand flea is done cooking (it should be crispy), drain off any excess liquid from the pot and transfer it onto a plate with saltine crackers for dipping
Sand fleas are a delicacy in some parts of the world. They are often eaten as a snack or as part of a main course. In some cases, they can be served as an appetizer or side dish.
Sand fleas should be cooked in the same way that you would cook other types of seafood. The most common ways to prepare sand fleas for consumption are boiling them, frying them and baking them in an oven. Some people prefer to cook their sand fleas with other foods such as potatoes and onions, while others like to eat them by themselves without any additional ingredients at all.
It is important to note that sand flea soup has become popular in recent years because it is easy to make and tastes delicious! The soup itself consists of water with various spices such as cumin seeds, coriander seeds and cardamom pods added into it before cooking begins. Once these ingredients have been added into the pot along with other spices such as ginger root (optional), carrots (optional), celery sticks (optional) then everything needs to be boiled together until tender before adding in any type of meat such as chicken pieces which may already be cooked beforehand too but not necessary for this recipe either! It’s up
